jon_libby and eudociainboston had their second annual housewarming party last night, and I almost got enough, plus great conversations and a bit of singalong with musicjill. Thank you, snarkyman, cosmicgarden, udalrich, daffydd, jesse_in_boston, tarazed24, Drea, Jen, the woman from Alaska whose name I can't remember, and everybody else at the party for a wonderful evening; I felt like I was glowing all the way home, and closer to fine than I have in a while.
I just went and added a bunch of you to my friends list, mostly by following friends from other people I already knew on LJ to find your names. Woohoo -- more journals to read! Next up; actually get a userpic and a profile on this thing.
The daughter and grandchildren ofmadamebuttery visited this weekend. I joked that we had a full house: three grandkids and two friends of Kevin (another of our housemates, who also had guests). That left out Gillian, but she didn't fit into the three-two pattern for the poker hand.
